Bank Group, Reuters Set Details for Currency-Trading

A consortium of 50 international banks headed by Chase and Deutsche Bank recently released financial details about Atriax, an online startup specializing in foreign-exchange trading, news, and research data for large institutional clients. Once operational, Atriax is expected to provide corporations, institutional fund managers, and other major currency traders with Internet trading in over 100 currencies, automated confirmation and settlement processing, and economies of scale--resulting in a less expensive service.
