Financial Institutions Leave Customers Stranded in

According to a recent study by Onyx, Microsoft, and Genesis Labs, financial services clients are being serviced much more slowly on the Internet than through standard channels. Only eight financial services firms out of 150 responded to questions made to the institutions via the Web. The people conducting the survey posed as serious clients. They made e-mail requests to a long list of companies, asking for help in managing large sums of money--few of which were accepted.
