Chase Revs Up Corporate CRM System

Chase is readying a system to extend the customer relationship management (CRM) skills used in retail banking to the corporate side of its operations; using the system, Chase's relationship managers around the world will be able to exchange and maintain data about every facet of their corporate clients. Bill Bradway of Meridien Research says the movement toward corporate CRM is turning out to be an important trend, and he identifies Chase and State Street as ahead of the field.
