Chase Chooses Tool for Handling Queries

Chase has chosen Kana Communications' software, Kana Classify, as a means to work with queries from Internet banking customers, including giving automated answers and suggestions to customers. Many Chase service representatives are currently using the company's Kana Response software to work with online customers.
