As the economy continues to fluctuate, many investors are turning to their brokers or financial planners for guidance regarding 401(k) plans, but such advice is limited due to federal regulations. Some of those restrictions may soon be lifted if Rep. John A. Boehner's (R-Ohio) bill is passed in the House.
