Bush to Tout 'Retirement Security' Proposals
Washington Post (02/28/02) ; Allen, Mike; Goldstein, Amy

The recent pension proposals include increases in 401(k) and retirement plan contribution limits, restrictions on when executives can sell stock, and provisions that allow employees to sell company stock within three years.
