Pension Contributions May Be Delayed up to 90 Days After a

The Internal Revenue Service's final regulations allow retirement plan contributions and distribution deadlines to be postponed for 90 days in the event of a presidentially declared disaster. The regulations apply to only those disasters that occur after Dec. 30, 1999.
